1. Where did Sudha Murthy study?
A:- Sudha Murthy did her B.E. In Electrical Engineering from the B.V.B. College of Engineering& Technology. She did her M.E. in Computer Science from Indian Institute of Science.

What did Sudha write to TELCO about. ?
A:- After completion of her graduation, Sudha applied to work in TELCO as an engineer. While, she was told that only men were eligible to apply. Then she wrote to the then company chairman, JRD Tata, complaining of the gender-bias at TELCO.
3. What awards did Sudha get in 2006?
A:- Sudha Murthy was awarded the Padma Shri and the R.K.Narayan award for literature.
4. Apart from writing, what are Sudha's otheph interests?
A:- Sudha Murthy likes to walk, likes to climb. Travelling is her passion. She is an epicure too.
5. Name some of Sudha Murthy's fictional works.
A:- Some of the fictional works Sudha Murthy are;
"How I Taught My Grandmother To Read", "The Day I Stopped Drinking Milk”, “Old Man and his God", "Gently Falls the Bakula" etc.

1) How was Infosys started?
A:- Infosys was Narayan Murthy's dream and long-cherished ambition. It was Sudha Murthy, his wife, provided the seed money of Rs. 10,000 to help Infosys get started. Its first office was in Pune. Infosys operated out of the house that Sudha and Narayana Murthy had purchased with the help of a loan. In fact there is  a lot of contribution of Sudha Murthy in the development of Infosys.
2. Give an account of some the work done Sudha Murthy in the field of philanthropy and social work.
A:- Sudha Murthy is a philanthropist, a kind-hearted. She has a helping hand. She is a member of public health care initiatives of Gates Foundation. She founded several orphanages (homes for orphans), participated in rural development efforts. She also supported the movement to provide all Karnataka government schools with computers and library facilities. She established 'The Murthy Classical Library of India' at Harward University.

1. 'We should make way for the youngsters instead of expecting them to come around to our ways.' Do you agree with Sudha Murthy?
A:- Yes. I totally agree with Sudha Murthy in this regard.
Because, I believe that everybody have their own goals, ambition and they have to make their own to bring them into reality. For this, everyone should have freedom to set up their path. A person should not take up a job, that which, cannot be a platform to reach his goal. One, who is successful in reaching his goal, should not expect others to come around in his successive path for their success. If one do so, what does the mean of their goal, even what does it mean of their individuality?
              I think Sudha Murthy has done a right thing in this regard. She has given full freedom to her in-laws to make their own ways. I would like to say that achieving our goal is more valuable than accumulating money under the shade of others.
2. Mention Sudha Murthy's achievements.
A:- Sudha Murthy was an extraordinary student. She was such a brilliant that she got gold medal in both her B.Tech and M.Tech courses respectively. With her good academic performance, she became the first female engineer in TELCO of TATA Company. She was also bold enough to question the gender-bias maintenance of TELCO, later was able to get a job as the first female engineer in it.
             Sudha Murthy was also a many-sided genius. She made many personal sacrifices, and put all her efforts on Infosys. In fact, there was a lot of contribution of Sudha Murthy in the development of Infosys Technologies. She worked at many industries for its progress. She was a  successful writer, got fame with her fictional works. For her contributions in rural development and social work, she was awarded the Padma Sri and other awards.
